camel ho

Home safely. Am very weary, given the 28 hour trek it took to get here. Will post photos and stories soon, but for now....must sleep.

Riding Camille the camel. (Yes, I named her. Shut up.)

You look so happy, you camel humper.

I like Camille's hairy knees, or are those her thighs? Oh, and lets not forget her jaunty walk.

(counting humps) One ...

Dromedary.

Camille the Dromedary.

But aren't you just the cutest?

Welcome home, darlin' ....

LadyBug  |  31 July 2006 - 3:26pm

Ahem.

As Kelly is most likely still sleeping, I shall rush to her defense...

From Wikipedia's Camel page:

A camel is either of the two species of Camelid living in the serengeti. The camel is an even-toed ungulate in the genus 'Camelus', the Dromedary (single hump) and the Bactrian Camel (double hump). Both are native to the dry and desert areas of Asia and northern Africa. [...] The term camel is also used more broadly, to describe any of the six camel-like creatures in the family Camelidae: the two true camels, and the four South American camelids: Llama, Alpaca, Guanaco and Vicuña.

So, there you have it. While the one-humped creature who so happily rests under Kelly's derriere (RzDrms is right...Camille is totally smiling.) is indeed a Dromedary, it is also a fucking CAMEL.

Personally, I think Nilbo's just raining on Kelly's Camel Parade because he's jealous that Kelly's riding Camille and not HIM.

That is all.

P.S. May I add, "PPPBBBLLLLTTTT."

THAT is all.

RzDrms  |  31 July 2006 - 4:26pm

Ladybug, I have looked at that ca - er, dromedary a whole lot of times, and I can definitely way, without fear of contradiction, that it is NOT 'fucking'.

And Kelly mounting me instead of ... ? Yeah, I can get behind that.
